Through its Member Prescription Program, Costco will offer a four-week supply of these medications for $499. This represents a nearly 50% reduction from typical out-of-pocket costs.
The covered medications include:
Ozempic: Primarily prescribed for managing type 2 diabetes and approved by the FDA.
Wegovy: Specifically approved for weight management in adults with obesity or overweight conditions.
