Refund/Cancellation Policy

Once your press release is live on 500+ media outlets, we can't unpublish it. That's why our refund policy is straightforward:

Before Distribution

  • 100% refund if you cancel before we submit to our network

  • 100% refund if we reject your content for any reason

  • 100% refund if you change your mind within 2 hours of payment


After We Start Writing

  • 80% refund if you cancel after we've written your release but before distribution

  • Why? We already paid our writer and spent time on your content


After Distribution

  • No refunds - your content is live on news sites

  • We can't delete articles from AP News, Google News, or affiliates

  • The service has been delivered as promised


When You Get a Full Refund

  • We fail to distribute within 10 business days

  • Technical error on our end prevents distribution

  • We can't approve your content (though we'll try to fix it first)

  • Double charging or payment errors


What Doesn't Qualify for Refunds

  • "I didn't get enough traffic"

  • "It didn't help my SEO immediately"

  • "I wanted to be on main NBC.com" (we're clear about affiliate sites)

  • "No journalists contacted me"

  • Changed your mind after distribution

  • Your business circumstances changed


How to Request a Refund

  1. Email info@pr.plus within 48 hours of your issue

  2. Include your order number and reason

  3. We respond within 24 hours (business days)

  4. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days


Modifications After Publishing

  • Not possible after distribution


Subscription Cancellations

Email us, or cancel on the payment platform.


Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us:

  • We'll fight it with distribution proof

  • You'll be banned from future service

  • We may pursue legal costs


Special Circumstances

Lost your report? We'll resend it free. Need badges again? Email us. Company shut down? Sorry, no refunds for change in circumstances.


Our Promise

If we screw up, we'll make it right. If you're genuinely unsatisfied due to our error, email us. We're humans, not a corporation. We'll figure something out.
