Payment Terms

• Payment: Due upfront via Stripe/PayPal

• No refunds: Once distributed, it's done

• Exception: Full refund if we can't get you published

What We Guarantee

• Distribution to our network (500+ media outlets)

• Professional writing (not AI)

• Distribution report with live links

• "As Seen On" badge files

What We DON'T Guarantee

• Specific placement on any particular site

• Going viral or specific traffic numbers

• Page 1 Google rankings

• Journalists writing stories about you

Your Content Rules

Don't submit:

• Illegal stuff

• Fake news or false claims

• Adult content

• Hate speech

• Medical claims without proof

• Get-rich-quick schemes

• Anything that could get us sued

We reject this stuff and keep your money.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information

• Own the rights to any content you submit

• Don't lie about your business

• Follow up on any legal issues your content causes

Our Liability Limits

Maximum liability is the $200 you paid. We're not responsible for:

• Lost profits or opportunities

• What happens after distribution

• Third-party actions

• Internet outages or technical issues

Intellectual Property

• You own your content

• We can use it for distribution and samples

• We own our website, process, and materials

• You can use the badges forever

Account Termination

We can refuse service or ban you for:

• Submitting prohibited content

• Fraudulent payment

• Abusing our team

• Violating these terms

Disputes

• Try to work it out via email first

• If that fails, arbitration in Tampa, Florida

• No class action lawsuits

• Each party pays their own legal fees

Changes to Service

• We can update prices with 30 days notice

• We can modify services as needed

• Existing orders won't be affected

• Check back for updates

Communication

• We'll email you at the address provided

• Check your spam folder

• Keep your email updated

• We're not responsible for missed emails

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for data handling. Short version: we don't sell your info.

Governing Law

Florida law applies. Courts in Tampa have jurisdiction.

Severability

If one part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.

Entire Agreement

These terms are the complete deal. No side agreements or promises.
